SKILLS TRAINING & CONDITIONING
This specialized basketball program provides intensive training sessions aimed at enhancing students' skills and physical conditioning beyond their regular team practices. Our workouts emphasize both basketball skills development and sports performance training to foster athletic growth. These sessions are perfect for BBA athletes that are eager to elevate their skills.
AREAS OF DEVELOPMENT:
Ball handling - Passing - Proper footwork for layups - Finishing around the rim (left & right hand) - Change of direction - Balance - Coordination - Change of pace - Strength - Verticality - Reflexes - Stamina
REQUIRED SKILL LEVEL:
These sessions are designed for intermediate-to-advanced level players only.

WINTER 2025 SEASON:
January 6 - March 28 | 12 Weeks | 1x session per week
Full Season Total: $575 (prorated on weekly basis)
